Regulations of Warsaw Pride

§1

  1. The regulations define the rules and conditions of the Warsaw Pride event, taking place on 7 June 2025 in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as 'WP', as well as the conduct expected from participants during the event to ensure safety.

  2. The organizer of Warsaw Pride 2025 is the Warsaw Pride collective and supporting organizations, hereinafter referred to as the 'Organizer'.

§2 Any person who supports the ideas aligned with the demands of Warsaw Pride may participate in the Festival.

§3 Participants have the right to, in particular:

  1. remain in the designated area of the Festival,

  2. participate for free in the musical, artistic, and speaking events taking place during the Festival,

  3. distribute promotional and informational materials approved by the Organizer,

  4. seek assistance from the Rainbow Patrol in case of need,

  5. report any irregularities noticed to the Rainbow Patrol and request intervention.

§4 Participants are particularly prohibited from:

  1. crossing the lines set by municipal services defining the boundaries of the Festival area,

  2. distributing or selling promotional materials on the Festival grounds that have not been approved by the Warsaw Pride collective and conducting fundraisers,

  3. bringing dangerous materials, alcohol, drugs, weapons, prohibited liquids, or foul-smelling items that may expose other Participants to contamination or danger onto the Festival grounds,

  4. displaying banners, flags, balloons, and other gadgets in a manner that threatens other Participants of the Festival,

  5. exposing banners and shouting slogans and messages during the Festival that do not align with the ideas and demands of Warsaw Pride or that offend third parties,

  6. behaving in a manner that violates the law or disrupts social coexistence,

  7. using intoxicants (including alcohol) and psychoactive substances, under the threat of calling appropriate municipal services or immediate removal from participation in the Festival.

§5

  1. The Rainbow Patrol consists of individuals designated by the Organizer. The Rainbow Patrol has appropriate identification and attire to allow recognition by Participants of the Festival.

  2. The Rainbow Patrol is responsible for the tasks assigned by the Organizer.

  3. Decisions made by the Rainbow Patrol in the scope of its tasks are not subject to discussion nor can they be contested by Participants, provided they do not contravene existing laws.

  4. The Rainbow Patrol is responsible for communication between the Organizer of Warsaw Pride, Participants, and law enforcement and medical services.

  5. Upon noticing the violation of these regulations by Participants, the Rainbow Patrol has the right to:

    1. order the cessation of violations of the Festival regulations,

    2. order the expulsion from the Festival grounds,

    3. request assistance from municipal services.

§6 The Organizer of Warsaw Pride reserves the right to refuse entry to the Festival grounds and to remove individuals or vehicles that are suspected to pose a threat to Participants or which do not meet the conditions of the agreement with the Organizer or do not adhere to these regulations.

§7

  1. Commercial and political entities participating in Warsaw Pride as an organized group of at least 5 people in a promotional manner (e.g., logos on t-shirts, balloons, banners, etc.) are subject to a compulsory alliance fee for Warsaw Pride.

  2. Associations and Foundations not conducting commercial activities are exempt from fees provided that they timely register their group and/or Vehicle using the form available on the Warsaw Pride website (https://rejestracja.paradarownosci.eu/).

§8 By entering the Festival grounds, a Participant accepts the provisions of these regulations as binding and agrees to adhere to them, as well as decisions made by the Rainbow Patrol and representatives of municipal services during the Festival.
