Information Clause
We inform you that the personal data you provided is processed by the Foundation Basta with its registered office in Lublin, at ul. Fryderyka Chopina 41/2, 20-023 (data administrator):
(1) for the purpose of concluding and executing a donation agreement, including identifying the donor and possibly issuing a certificate for tax purposes in connection with the donation made – the legal basis for processing: art. 6 par. 1 lit. b of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR);
(2) in order to maintain regular contact with our Foundation in relation to its statutory goals, particularly by sending thank you notes for financial support, informing about social actions organized by our Foundation, and possibilities for further supporting the Foundation – the legal basis for processing: art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary; however, without indicating it, it will not be possible to register the payment or possibly issue a certificate necessary for tax deduction.
We inform you that you have the right to access the content of your personal data, correct it, delete it or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to its processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Your personal data will be stored by our Foundation for no longer than the limitation period for claims regarding violations of personal data protection laws in case we receive a request from you to delete your personal data.
Your personal data may also be accessed by entities providing services to the Foundation, particularly hosting, IT, printing, shipping, payment, legal, accounting, and HR services. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country, i.e. outside the European Economic Area. However, this will only occur to the extent allowed by law, particularly based on a decision of the European Commission indicating an adequate level of protection or standard contractual clauses of the EU. In any case, the Foundation ensures the possibility of obtaining further information and receiving copies of the relevant safeguards. The provided personal data may be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. However, decisions regarding an individual concerning such processing will not be automated.
